When it comes to child food, timing is very important. Before 6 months, breast milk is more than enough to cover the required energy and nutrition needs.

When to start with solid foods?
Start introducing soft foods from 6 months based yours child's need. Start with 2 or 3 spoons of soft food like porridge, mashed vegetables or fruits twice a day. Depends on acceptability you can increase it in slow phase.
