Ammae Kandhi Podi, also called as Paruppu podi in tamilnadu is a blend of dals and spices. It is one of the south indian special recipe. Major ingredients are Pigeon pea (Toor dal), Bengal gram (Channadal), Moong Dal, and Red chilly. It is one of the south indian special recipe. Just mix in Hot rice with rice, it will be yummy.
