Rice, Bengal gram dal, Moong dal, Dessicated coconut, Cardamom.

How to use?

Take 2 to 3 spoons of ghee in a pan and temper cashew and kismis for topping and keep aside. With the remaining ghee in the pan, Add one measure of Payasam mix and roast mildly. Add 3 measures of water to the roasted mix and stir continuously till it gets cooked (3 mins approx). Prepare jaggery water by adding 2 measures of jaggery and 1 measure of water together and boil it in low flame, till jaggery gets fully dissolved. Add this to cooked payasam mix and boil it for 3 minutes until all gets uniformly mixed. Add 1 measure of milk to enrich the taste. Delicious Payasam is ready to serve.
