Idly Mix is a combination of Rice rava and black gram (urad dal). Pack of 250gms will approximately yield 16 plus soft idlis.
For one measure of Ammae Idly Mix, add one and half measure of water. Mix well with hand without any lumps. Rest the mixed batter till it ferments (approx 10 to 12 hours). Once fermented, add required salt. Mix well. Prepare idlis. For fluffy idlis, pour batter in idli plates just little less than full.
Prepare sambar with Ammae sambar mix for a good combination.
