Idly Kara powder

Idly Karam powder also called as idly milagai podi is a blend of spices & condiments. Major ingredients are Black gram (Urad), Bengal gram (Channadal), White Sesame seeds, and Red chilly. It is one of the south indian special recipe. We can add sesame/regular oil to required Ammae Idly Kara Powder. Mix and enjoy it with idly, dosa, & roti. The powder can be sprinkled on curry/salad for added flavour.
