Dosa Mix is a combination of Rice and Black gram (urad dal). Pack of 250gms will approximately yield 16 dosas of Thin & medium size.
For one measure of Ammae Special Dosa Mix, add one and half measure of water. Mix well with hand without any lumps. Rest for at least 2 to 4 hours. Then add required salt, Mix well. Make dosas. Go oil free for a Healthy option.
If sour Batter is required, then allow the mix to rest till it ferments. For Instant dosas, sour curd can be added to the Dosa mix. Add required salt. Rest for at least an hour. Make dosas. Prepare sambar with Ammae sambar mix for a good combination.
