    Ammae Tasty Cereal Mix - 1 cup
    Gratted jaggery or jaggery powder - 3/4 cup
    Ghee as needed.

Preparation method

  • Take the Ammae Tasty cereal mix (multigrain porridge powder) in a bowl and add grated jaggery to that powder. Mix both the powder and jaggery uniformly in the bowl. Then add warm melted ghee to that little by little and mix it thoroughly. Try to hold the mixture and prepare laddu, if you can do it then we can stop adding ghee.Healthy and Tasty Laddu is ready in 10 minutes. It's very easy to prepare and very nutritious to all. It will be a good snack for everyone in the family. Can also be a part of a school snack box.Laddu can be stored in an airtight container for a week to 10 days and consumed. We don't need to refrigerate it. Also called as sattu maavu urundai or Kangi maavu laddu in south india.Note: Roasted peanuts or Roasted cashew and almonds can be broken and add along with the mixture while preparing laddu.
