Ammae millet based food, ready to cook varieties are healthy with a twist of ingredients chosen. Most of the products are based of millet and does not contain rice. So it can be used by diabetic also. They are rich in fibre and B vitamins especially niacin, B6 and folic acid, as well as the minerals such as calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and zinc. Just add vegetables to make it still healthier. Simply cook for 5 whistles in cooker and serve hot. Add ghee for taste if required. Your delicious dish is ready, in just a few minutes!
