Tasty Cereal Mix, a multigrain porridge with a unique combination of 16 grains. The combination of whole grains, millet, and pulses are the natural source of basic nutrients and various trace elements. Tasty cereal mix is rich in fibre and carbohydrates, which contains needed essential nutrition and suits for all ages.

Recipe for Infants

Step 1: Add 3 teaspoons of Tasty Cereal Mix with 200 ml of water.

Step 2: Mix thoroughly without any lumps until it gets dissolved.

Step 3: Keep the stove in low heat mode and Cook the mix, until it gets thick.

Step 4: Stir the mix continuously to avoid sticking to the pan.

Step 5. Add a pinch of salt and sugar or Jaggery powder for taste. Ammae Tasty Cereal Mix porridge is ready.

Note : You can also add milk after preparing or you can proportionately add milk and water while mixing powder initially.

Recipe for All Ages

Step 1: Add 2 teaspoons of Tasty Cereal Mix with 100 ml of water.

Step 2: Mix thoroughly without any lumps until it gets dissolved.

Step 3: Cook the mix for 3 minutes, until it gets little thick.

Step 4: Now the porridge base is ready. You can consume directly by adding a pinch of salt/jaggery.

Note : To serve sweet, add milk and sugar/jaggery in the porridge. It can also be served with buttermilk and salt as per taste or can also be consumed by adding Rasam.

Tip: We can add jaggery and milk and garnish with cashew and kismis with little elachi powder to prepare Delicious Payasam.

Yes, Tasty Cereal Mix is can be given to infants of above 6 months. Initially, start with small quantity and increase over a period of weeks time. Therefore we can understand the acceptability of food and give accordingly once a time in a day. This can be consumed by all ages.
