Yes, it is instant drink. No need of cooking. Take one or two spoons of Ammae Health mix in a glass. Add a small amount of water or milk to it. Blend it and crush the lumps until all the powder dissolves properly. Then fill the glass with hot or cold milk or water as per your need. Add sugar to your taste. Ammae Health mix does not have added sugar. You can have with buttermilk and salt also based on your taste.

Yes Sir, elders can take it, not advisable for infants. Due to the rich fiber content you can see sediments of ragi at the bottom of glass. Its advisable to just cook for a minute and consume.

How to make soft roti from Browace flour?
Please follow the given instructions to prepare roti.
1. Take required quantity of Ammae Glutenfree flour and prepare the soft dough using boiling hot water.
2. Cover the dough & keep it for three to five minutes.
3. Roll chappathi / roti smoothly with the help of a rolling pin, roll them into a thin disc.
4. Heat flat pan and place chappati/roti over it, cook evenly till brown spots appear on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
1. Kindly use boiling water only, using normal water will make roti as Papad.
2. Do not mix with hands as the water is hot, use a spatula to mix initially.
