Bryo Rava

Alternate for regular roasted rava

Bryo Rava is just an alternate for routine roasted rava. It is rich in healthy nutrients such as protein, fibre, vitamin C, E and K, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, and zinc. It is known to help a lot many health conditions like arthritis, diabetes, etc. It is generic, how we use is our choice….

Mapillai Samba – Also known as “Bride Groom Rice”, it is known to energise and strengthen the person who consumes and it increases the immunity levels. 
Barley – It contains essential vitamins and minerals. The type of insoluble fiber found in barley helps reduce cholesterol levels.
Oats – Wholegrain Oats is a great source of important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.  
Turmeric – It contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. 

Ingredients – Bridegroom Rice, Barley, Oats, Turmeric & Cinnamon.

RICE
Use Bryo Rava as a substitute for rice by pressure cooking in the proportion of 1:3 (rava1: water 3) . Have it with anything that suits your taste.
Biryani/Pulao
Cook Bryo Rava as you would for pulao/biryani in the proportion of 1(Rava) : 2.5(Water) by adding required vegetables and spices
UPMA
Take required qty of Bryo Rava, add sauteed vegetables with required spices and salt to it with 2.5 measures of water. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
PONGAL
For PONGAL/KICHADI add Moong Daal to Bryo Rava, Pressure cook as normal. Add required spices and salt to taste.
Rice Payasam
Use Bryo Rava in place of rice while preparing Rice Payasam / Kheer.
